We aspire to deliver a valuable skill to youth and help the food service industry gain a new generation of skilled employees.

The Path to Food
Our goal is to take your high school student at what ever comfort level they have with food and introduce them to the culinary skills they will need to, enter the workplace, go on to continue their culinary education or just cook a good meal for their family.
Passionate Instructors
You students will interact with industry professionals and Kirkwood Culinary students and faculty as they take a six week journey into the professional hospitality life.
Real Life Experiences
Your student will also get real life experience working with our sister company Z’s Catering and BBQ. Working on actual catering events for paying customers.
